ArtistsSarindar DhaliwalView artist's profile at www.ccca.ca Sarindar Dhaliwal is a Toronto-based visual artist, born in Punjab in Northern India. She has shown extensively in Canada since 1983. Her practice includes painting, installation and more recently, print media and video projection. She has exhibited at a number of major Canadian public galleries including The Edmonton Art Gallery (Edmonton, Alberta) and the Agnes Etherington Art Centre (Kingston, Ontario), The Chandelier Group Show at the Tom Thompson Memorial Art Gallery in Owen Sound Ontario, and a number of Britain-based exhibitions are in process. Her work is held in a number of collections including the Canada Council Art Bank and the Walter Phillips Gallery at The Banff Centre for the Arts.
